Topics included:
- complaints about horses pooping in the river near the swimming hole.
- vehicles on the river bank between Beach Road and the footbridge (which used to be further up-river. Posts will be put in to prevent this.
- water tanks for fire fighting are to be put in on Arthur Street and at the entrance to the village.
- projects for the year were to focus on the river project, fire prevention, rubbish, trees, environment and social.
- committee meetings to be every 2 months.
