Diggers relocate the high-angle groyne

As promised, two diggers and a dump truck turned up first thing on Tuesday 11 June 2019 to dig out the high-angle rock groyne and use the rocks to build up the 1991 groyne.

The photos below show the diggers at work and fluorescent paint marking a strip where presumably the rocks will end up.
