Update 19-Nov-21: a more recent email from Deborah now says: It looks like the covid case is definitely in the Wairarapa not in Levin.
This has just come through from Mid Central Health. If you are feel sick and have flu like symptoms please get a test for covid. We now have 1 confirmed case in Levin.
Two positive cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the Midcentral rohe. One case is in Ashurst, Palmerston North District, the other in the Horowhenua District.
We are encouraging people in Midcentral rohe who have symptoms, particularly in Palmerston North, Horowhenua or Tararua, or have been to a location of interest, to get tested.
