It with great sadness that we advise the Waikawa Beach community that Elaine White passed away last Sunday.
Our deepest condolences go to her family and friends.
As Treasurer Elaine kept the finances in perfect order for the Waikawa Beach Ratepayers Association since 01 January 2013. She will be sorely missed by her many friends and acquaintances in this community.
